About Us
Empowering Communities Through Nourishment
Manna from Heaven was founded in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic under the leadership of Bishop Leslie Patterson and Co-Pastor Dr. Francene V. Patterson. Our mission is to feed those who are less unfortunate then we are.
In the beginning MFH was led to serve families in the immediate vicinity of Sterling; however, the team quickly realized that food insecurity extended throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding localities – way beyond its doorsteps. We have a program that operates from the generosity of volunteers. Currently provide nutritious meals and boxes of necessities to over 150 families monthly.
We provide relief and support to individuals and families facing economic, education, and food insecurities in North Virginia. Our core values of compassion, integrity, and accountability drive us to create a positive impact.
With the help of dedicated volunteers, we provide nutritious meal boxes and other essential items to over 200 families monthly. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those in need.
